All Credit/ Debit card transactions online are taken by Paypal a leader in secure online payments (You do not need a Paypal account to order). If you don’t have a paypal account during the checkout process you will be asked to input your address etc. If you have a Paypal account, you won’t be asked to input your address, as paypal will already have it. Please ensure if you have recently moved home that Paypal have your new address. Paypal will deduct the amount immediately from your card and notify bins4sale of the sale. You can also pay by Debit or Credit card over the Telephone. Please note, we do not hold any customer financial information.

How do I select a delivery day?

To select a delivery date you are required to choose the next day delivery option.

When will I receive my Order?

Standard delivery will be 2 – 4 working days unless a product is out of stock. We only deliver during the week and not on weekends.

Most of our items are dispatched within 24 hours if in stock however please allow up to 14 days for out of stock items.

A member of staff will advise you if we do not expect to meet the delivery date specified on our website.

What happens if I'm not home when the goods are delivered?

If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or they will return the following day to attempt delivery again. Although please ensure a valid contact number is provided during the checkout process which could help during the delivery process.

What happens if an item that I order is unavailable?

Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and direct from the manufacturer. Occasionally we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately.

If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.

What happens if the goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery?

If when you receive your goods they are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
