The terms & conditions set out below apply to the supply of goods or services from Bins4sale to you the customer, and by ordering, you agree to be bound by them.
No part of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
When you place an order, it will be treated as an offer by you to purchase. Bins4sale reserve the right to accept or not accept any order at our discretion. Dispatch of your goods will signify our acceptance of your order and will constitute a legally binding contract between us the seller and you the purchaser under these terms & conditions.
All Prices shown on the website include vat at the standard rate and delivery for the U.K mainland except for those remote areas stated in the ordering section of the contact page.
Please note all payments are processed through Paypal. We do not hold any customer financial information.
A full vat receipt will be posted to you at the time of dispatch and will arrive separately from your goods. You may pay for your order by cheque, however we cannot dispatch any goods until cleared funds arrive in our bank account, therefore an extended delivery time must be anticipated.
Bins4sale.co.uk understands that a quick efficient delivery is expected by all of our customers and most goods are dispatched on a 3 working day service.
If you have ordered an item which is unlikely to be with you within 7 working days you will be informed either by telephone or email within 24hrs of placing the order.
Please note our free delivery service applies to Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm.
Free delivery is not available in the Scottish highlands, Islands or N.Ireland and Republic of Ireland there is an extra charge for these areas of the U.K. (please see our contacts page for details). If unsure on what applies to you please call or sales team on 0845 505 3000.
Before noon deliveries or before 10.30am deliveries are available. However we have to make an extra charge for these premium services which will vary depending on the product purchased. Please contact our sales team on 0845 505 3000 for more details.

When your goods arrive bins4sale advise that you check that the items are in good condition and the quantity of items received corresponds to the quantity you are signing for. Although you are not legally required to do so and it doesn’t affect your statutory rights. The risk in goods does not pass to the consumer until they have had reasonable time to inspect them. In the unlikely event that your goods have been damaged in transit, if possible refuse the delivery and contact our sales team immediately in order that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.
Please inform us as soon as possible of any shortages so that we may take the matter up with our couriers and trace the missing items.
Bins4sale will not be held liable for any consequential losses; damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of late or non-delivery of your order or part thereof.
Title and risk in the goods shall pass to you the purchaser once you have had reasonable time to inspect the goods.
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you must inform us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of goods your intention to return the goods (The 7 day cooling off period starts the day after receipt of the goods and excludes weekends and bank holidays). Bins4sale requests goods are returned undamaged and in a saleable condition within 14 days of original delivery.
The purchaser will be responsible for return carriage when goods are not faulty, if the customer does not return the goods to Bins4sale, collection will be arranged at their cost. The buyer is obliged to take reasonable care ensuring that the goods are returned to Bins4sale are returned in good condition and not damaged in transit.
Bins4sale will refund all customers within 30 days from date of cancellation.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by phone or email quoting your order no. If the goods have been dispatched then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the goods, unless otherwise agreed. |
